The vote in favour of the UK exiting the European Union (EU) is an unprecedented event with outcomes that will evolve depending on the terms to which the UK and EU may agree in any future arrangement.

The timing and final terms of an exit by the UK remain uncertain at this time however it is important to remember that there is a minimum two year period in which the UK will negotiate the terms of the agreement to exit with the EU.
Since the referendum was first announced, we have assessed the potential impact to our business and prepared accordingly. There will be an impact to areas of our business, however we do not yet know the full extent. We will continue to monitor the developments and create plans that position our business for success and future growth.
