How to arrange your appointment 

Arranging your appointment is straight forward:

• You can self-refer – there’s no need to see a GP
• You don’t need to call Cigna for pre-authorisation
• Visit https://www.nuffieldhealth.com/physiotherapy or contact 0345 045 4845 to book physiotherapy.

Please advise the Nuffield team you are self-funding your appointments.

How to claim

It couldn’t be easier:

• For qualifying claims, Cigna will reimburse you according to your benefit entitlement and up to plan limits.
• Note: Within the monetary limit shown on your list of benefits within your member guide, you may claim for a maximum of 4 sessions of Nuffield Health physiotherapy which will be covered up to £200 per year of insurance.
• Please send us a claim form with your itemised receipts by one of the following methods:

• upload via your member portal.
• email to UKmedicalclaims@cigna.com
• post to UKEH Medical Claims, Cigna HealthCare Benefits, 1 Knowe Road, Greenock, Scotland, PA15 4RJ.

Please send the claim form and itemised receipts to us within six months of the completion date. If you don’t submit this information within this time, your claim may be denied.
