How we can help

If your GP conducted any diagnostic tests or prescribed a course of treatment, it is likely this was on the NHS, unless you specifically requested this was done privately or you have a private GP.

If any private diagnostics or treatment took place before you contacted us for authorisation, it is likely these costs will not be covered by your plan. All diagnostics and treatment must be pre-authorised before they go ahead.  Private prescriptions are also not covered by your plan.
