Head of Marketing, Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits
Kirsty Jagielko is Head of Marketing at Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits. Kirsty is responsible for developing and marketing Cigna's medical, dental and health and well-being propositions for UK based employers. Her remit includes marketing insight, product development and marketing communications. As a member of the management team, Kirsty plays a key role in helping to develop the UKHB business strategy.
Since joining Cigna in 1999, Kirsty has held a range of roles across insight and product development within both the UK domestic and European Global Health Benefits businesses. Most recently she was Head of Insight and Product.
With over 15 years' experience in the health benefits market, Kirsty has continuously led her team to apply unique customer insights to deliver first to market innovations that are changing the health insurance landscape. Since the launch of their first self-referral pathway for physiotherapy in 2008, Cigna has continued to forge new ground with pathways for mental health and other musculoskeletal treatments. In October 2015 Kirsty led her team to deliver a unique self-referral breast cancer diagnostic OneStop pathway, where over 90 percent of patients will receive an all clear diagnosis in one clinic visit.
A keen runner, Kirsty enjoys competing in local events. She is based at Cigna’s UKHB headquarters in Greenock, Scotland.
