How we can help

You’ll be presented with two options when you call your helpline.  You can choose to speak to a customer services agent for general queries, first time claims or if the claim is straightforward.  If you’re calling about more complex queries, or claims that will require ongoing attention then you should select to speak to a nurse.

Our Nurses offer confidential guidance and support and are available to you before, during and after treatment. You don’t need to be in the process of making a claim to speak to our Nurses for support.  You can call them anytime during our normal operating hours. If you do need treatment, they will act as your advocate in your health journey, helping you navigate through what your diagnosis means, and your treatment options, explaining what is involved. They will answer any questions you might have. 

Your Cigna helpline is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm.
